Rumah Sakit Jiwa Aceh (RSJ) is the only referral psychiatric hospital in Province. The most diagnosed disease RSJ Schizophrenia with an average length of stay 2018 59.76 days. classified into severe mental illness due to its chronicity. one indicator quality health services. Other indicators are effectiveness services and compliance clinical pathways. Clinical pathway functions as a means both cost control patient purpose this study evaluate implementation schizophrenia Mental Hospital. This research uses qualitative methods. Primary data collected by in-depth interviews. population was Management Professional Care Providers (PPA) using purposive sampling method. not optimal, absence trial process, limited socialization, lack PPA management commitment, evaluation results followed-up. that optimal has impact on differences obtained between patients, increasing (LOS) schizophrenic patients losses. Therefore, Aceh's needs revise schizophrenia.
